Five Stars For Great Service

There are several factors that can make
or break a trip and customer service definitely plays a huge role.
Can you remember a time when an employee blew your mind in an
instance of great customer service? A great experience can be
anything from folding the toilet paper into a perfect little point in
your hotel washroom, offering a vegetarian option on an in flight
meal, or even folding your towels into clever shapes that resemble
monkeys, flowers or swans.
Not only is customer service important
to the guest, but it's also
important to the company who is providing hospitality or service -
at least it should be. Corporate training programs aim to
ensure that employees make sure the guests have the best time
possible. If you had a good experience on a trip because of great
customer service, would that prompt you to go back there someday?
Companies in the travel and hospitality industry strive for customer
satisfaction in hopes that happy customers will retain their loyalty
