What Makes a Great Flight?

When you think back on an awesome vacation and nothing went wrong - even your flight was perfect - what do you think made that flight perfect?

The first thing that I get excited about is a great flight deal especially when we're all trying to save money these days. It's always a bonus when I get a window seat, or better yet when I'm upgraded to first class!

Great customer service is always a plus. I used to get nervous before flying but knowledgeable staff who offer pillows, blankets or headsets to make you feel more comfortable always make my experience a positive one.

Now I have no problem with going on a plane, but I have had my fair share of brutal flying experiences. Would you continuously choose the same airplane company when traveling because of several positive experiences?
